1 ) Is it possible to travel to the Palace Suite by car?
- YES, you can access Via San Spiridione, which crosses Via San Nicolò (the pedestrian street containing the Palace Suite entrance) and has a baggage loading and unloading station reserved for the Palace Suite. For further updated information please consult the web page Our Location
2) Do the rooms have fitted carpets?
- NO, all rooms have oak parquet flooring.
3) What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in time is from 12:00 onward.
Check-out should be completed by 11:00.
4) Do you accept pets?
- Generally speaking YES, but only by previous request. We also make a small supplementary daily charge to cover additional room cleaning costs.
5) Do you provide accommodation for smokers?
- YES, we can cater for smokers if notified beforehand.
6) Will I be able to access the internet if I don't bring my laptop?
- YES, we have a computer and printer available for use by guests.
