From the airport

Ronchi dei Legionari Airport is located 33 km from the city. Bus: shuttle service (bus number 51) connects the airport to the city centre; its schedule is planned according to the arrival of major flights. Tickets cost approximately € 8.00. Taxi: taxis are in service from 8:00 a.m. to midnight (Tel. +39 0481 778000). Taxis are located at the arrivals area exit and the cost for a ride to the hotel in the city centre is approximately € 60.00. Venice Marco Polo International Airport is located 120 km from Trieste. Shuttle service connects the airport to Venice-Mestre Train Station (the trip takes 30 minutes to one hour, depending on traffic). From the train station

Taxi: Taxis (Tel. +39 040 307730 – 24 hour a day service) can be found alongside the station (tracks exit); the ride to the hotel takes about 5 minutes.

By foot:leave the station through the main exit and follow the road that leads to Piazza Unità d’Italia (main square) until you can no longer see the sea on the right and the road curves, then take Via San Nicolò on your left (pedestrian street) almost to the end of the street. We are located at 34 Via San Nicolò.

By car

Take the A4 motorway from Venice-Mestre or the A23 from Tarvisio-Austria and turn off at the Lisert exit. Follow signs for Sistiana-Strada Costiera, then take the SS 14, a panoramic road that leads directly to the city centre (18 km). Pass the railway station (on the right), follow the street until you no longer see the sea on your right and, before the road curves, turn left onto Via Canale Piccolo, a narrow street that leads directly to Corso Italia (the main street). On Corso Italia, turn left at the second stoplight. This is Via San Spiridione; the first street that it intersects with is Via San Nicolò (pedestrian street). Pull into the short-term parking space on the right reserved for hotel clients and walk to the hotel (Via San Nicolò 34). We will then provide you with all the information necessary to park your car.
